Payment Terms & Stripe Processing

All payments to Forelabs are processed securely through Stripe or its affiliated payment partners. By submitting your payment information, you authorize Forelabs and Stripe to charge the selected payment method for:

The initial setup fee, and

Any recurring subscription fees associated with your plan.

Stripe may securely store your payment details to process recurring charges. Forelabs does not collect or store full credit card numbers on our own servers.

Your card statement may show charges under “Forelabs” or a similar descriptor provided by Stripe. If you have questions about a charge, please contact us at [email protected] before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer so we can help resolve the issue quickly.

Return Policy

Return Policy: Forelabs provides a digital AI integration service, and the setup begins as soon as you complete your purchase. Because our services are intangible and customised, we do not offer returns on the initial setup fee or on subscription services.

Refund & Dispute Policy

Refund & Dispute Policy: Once configuration work begins, the setup fee is non-refundable. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable after services have been provided.

If you believe there has been a billing error or have a concern about a charge, please email [email protected] within 14 days of the transaction. We will review your request and work with you in good faith to resolve the issue.

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute through your bank or card issuer, we may provide Stripe with information about your account activity, invoices, and communications to help resolve the dispute.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription by emailing us at [email protected] at least 14 days before your next billing date. Services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and we do not prorate unused days. After cancellation, your AI integration services and automations will cease.

We are not aware of any export restrictions on our AI integration services, but you are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction when using AI tools.

Promotions Terms & Conditions: Promotional pricing or discounts are limited-time offers and may be modified or ended at our discretion. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers and apply only for the specified term. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional rates apply only to the initial term of your subscription; afterward, standard pricing may apply. We reserve the right to change promotional terms at any time.
